Cell Research
Automatic cell microplate dispenser / Microfluidic Chip
Cell research is at a turning point, transitioning from low-volume to high-throughput. With advancements in regenerative medicine, breakthroughs in gene editing, and the integration of artificial intelligence (AI), cell research is no longer limited to traditional studies. It has expanded into new fields such as disease treatment, longevity medicine, and biomanufacturing.
Traditional cell handling is time-consuming, labor-intensive, slow, unstable, and has a high contamination rate, which hinders development. As automated cells dispensing and microfluidic technologies mature, computer-controlled systems can now automatically, low-contamination and accurately distribute specific volumes of liquids, cells, and reagents into various containers (e.g., 6- to 96-well plates).
Here, we provide miniaturized, automated, and customized solutions for your cell handling needs.
Automated Cell Dispensing System
Automatic cell microplate dispenser
Designed for automated cell dispensing inside a biosafety cabinet (BSC), the device employs pre-sterilized tubing to perform automated, programmable cell seeding into 6- to 96-well plates. A full 96-well plate is completed within 3 minutes, effectively mitigating contamination risk and operator fatigue.
Microfuidic Chip
Simple cell control
Advantages of Microfluidic Chips in Cell ProcessingThe principle of a microfluidic chip is to control and manipulate minute amounts of liquids through micrometer (μm) scale microchannels. In modern cell research, microfluidic technology effectively resolves the bottlenecks of traditional manual operations. Its main benefits are reflected in the following four aspects : 1. Achieves precise cell control. 2. Significantly reduces the risk of contamination. 3. Greatly decreases reagent and sample cost. 4. Easily integrates with automated and high-throughput processes. In summary, microfluidic chip technology shrinks laboratory operations into a compact space, providing a highly accurate, low-cost, and highly automated solution for cell processing.
