Order Flow
- Customer Inquiry
Go through Hannox products and submit your inquiry on the product you are interested, or email to us directly at websales@hannox.com.tw. Once we received your inquiry, our sales force will reply to you as soon as possible. - Customer Order
The minimum of quantity (MOQ), costs, packaging, payment terms depend on different product and will be confirmed by our sales representative with you. - Product Production
Once your order is confirmed, then the process of production schedule will be arranged, and the production of goods will be based on your order content, including customized needs. - Quality Control
The manufactured goods will be subject to sampling inspection by our quality control inspectors, maintaining your product being produced in the highest level. - Packaging & Shipping
Outer packages use standard export carton, and each of the inner box are packed with user manual. All our packages are designed to be ready-to-sell products suitable for individual retail stores and shops to serve consumers directly with our products.

Cargo Tracking:
- If required a faster shipment, such as DHL or TNT, the extra shipping fee will be charged according to the international freight services.
- The tracking number will be emailed to buyer after the shipment is dispatched.
